About the Project
Muvan.AI is the first pure AI copilot purpose-built for asset and real estate management teams. It delivers deep portfolio insights through contextual daily analytics, automated reporting, and on-demand interactive dashboards — helping organizations make smarter decisions and operate more efficiently.
We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in building and scaling our data analytics application for the property management industry. This is a high-impact role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, and is passionate about creating robust, scalable backend solutions. You will work on microservices architecture, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive projects from conception to completion. We are seeking someone with strong backend development expertise, a high level of independence, and a sense of ownership over their work. You will play a critical role in the success of our product, working on a solution that has real impact on the property management industry.

Required skills:
- 8+ years of experience as, Platform or Infrastructure Engineer
- Hands-on experience with Python frameworks
- Experience with Data Products
- Self-driven with excellent sense of ownership and accountability
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience architecting and implementing tools and infrastructure to enforce standards, security,
- A passion for technology, learning, and finding optimal solutions
- Extensive knowledge of AWS and cost optimization on it
- Significant experience with IaaC (Terraform/Cloudformation/Pulumi)
- Experience with CI/CD methodologies and best practices (GitHub Actions)
- Experience with database management (Redis,postgress, RDS)
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools
Scope of work:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable platform infrastructure to support our data analytics application..
- Develop and maintain microservices and backend components using Python frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with data engineering and product teams to deliver features that improve the customer experience.
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi) to automate environment provisioning and configuration.
- Optimize AWS infrastructure for performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) to enhance deployment speed and reliability.
- Monitor system health, performance, and security using modern observability tools and implement proactive alerting.
- Drive best practices in infrastructure design, automation, and cloud cost management across the engineering team.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across application, infrastructure, and network layers.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions that shape the evolution of the platform.
