About the Project

We are looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join our finance team and support IFRS reporting, group consolidation, and financial management processes across our international entities.

Current technology stack

Required skills:

Education: Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar field.
Hard Skills: Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience in financial report preparation.
English: Level B1+ - Spoken.

Nice to have:

Currently pursuing or completed ACCA papers.
Prior experience with consolidation processes.

Scope of work:

Reporting & Consolidation: Participate in the preparation of consolidated financial statements (IFRS) and support monthly/year-end group consolidation.
Management Accounting: Assist in preparing regular reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) and analyzing financial performance versus budget.
Audit Support: Prepare financial data and supporting schedules for external audits; liaise with auditors and consultants (under supervision).
Treasury & Payments: Support vendor payment processing across multiple currencies, ensuring proper documentation and monitoring short-term liquidity.
Process Improvement: Assist in documenting finance policies and participate in improving internal controls and reporting workflows.
