Required skills:
- At least 3 years of experience as a PC Technician in a large organization with at least 500 end users.
- Experience working in a domain-managed environment, including diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and operating system issues.
- Full proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Graduate of a professional PC Technician course.
- CCNA certification - a significant advantage.
- Linux proficiency - a significant advantage.
- Driver’s license - mandatory.
Scope of work:
- Service-oriented role in a dynamic and diverse work environment.
- Providing user support and handling computer, communication, and multimedia equipment (hardware/software).
- Strong familiarity with operating systems, with emphasis on Microsoft environments and Office tools; Linux knowledge is an advantage.
- Responsibility for troubleshooting and handling support tasks at the company site.
