CyberArk is looking for an experienced Salesforce Implementer with a strong background inSalesforce CRM, analytics, and technical capabilities to join our global Business ApplicationsGTM group. The required candidate should have strong hands-on experience and skills inSalesforce software and sales/customer success related processes.

Required skills:

    • 5+ years of Successful Salesforce hand on implementation experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud - a must
    • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.
    • High level of Salesforce flows implementation – a must
    • System configuration: Ability to effectively design a scalable solution to meet client business needs.
    • Experience with tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Experience cloud- an advantage.
    • Good Technical understanding and ability to learn fast – a must
    • Experience in supporting a global organization across geographies and time zones
    • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast changing environment
    • Salesforce administrator certification
    • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills in English – Must

Scope of work:

  • Hands on implementation and configuration of Salesforce projects.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Responsible for evaluating and recommending a configuration that maximizes software capabilities.
  • Responsible for efficiently maintaining and enhancing Salesforce and other business applications according to IT procedures.
  • Maintenance including problem (ticket) resolution within SLA and highest quality.
  • Work cross-departmentally and across geographies with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Finance to improve and customize workflows, optimize efficiency, and help best utilize the tools in our stack
  • Successful delivery of activities: on time, on budget, on scope and on quality standards
