About the Project

The Senior Enterprise Business Architect plays a critical role within the Enterprise Architecture function, serving as the bridge between business strategy and technology execution.

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive business architecture aligned with the firm’s strategic priorities and operational model. The role focuses on understanding, modeling, and optimizing core business capabilities, processes, organizational structures, and information flows across global practice groups and business functions.

The Senior Enterprise Business Architect translates strategic objectives into actionable architectural requirements, ensuring technology investments directly support the firm’s vision of delivering excellence, expanding market presence, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Required skills:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in business architecture, business analysis, or strategic consulting, including at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
  • Experience within a global professional services environment, ideally with an understanding of complex, client-centric operating models.
  • Strong knowledge of business architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and modeling tools.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into clear architectural solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in change management and organizational design.
