About the Project

At Sisense, we help organizations turn complex data into actionable intelligence. As a Senior Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade analytics deployments for customers with complex technical and business needs.
You will partner closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and product teams to ensure successful outcomes across architecture, deployment, scalability, and long-term value realization.

Required skills:

5+ years of related experience in customer-facing technical roles, with prior experience as a Solution Architect.
Hands-on expertise with Linux (Ubuntu, Amazon Linux, RHEL/CentOS), Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and cloud platforms such as AWS EKS / GKE.
Strong experience troubleshooting distributed systems, networking, security, and system monitoring tools such as Grafana and Coralogix.
Advanced working knowledge of MongoDB (or another NoSQL database), including query optimization and troubleshooting.
Intermediate SQL skills with the ability to join data across disparate sources and optimize queries.
Proficiency in scripting and coding with Bash, Python, JavaScript, and CSS.
Experience with load testing tools such as K6 and with modern cloud data warehouse technologies (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) is a plus.
Strong customer communication skills, with the ability to engage technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Scope of work:

Lead custom multi-node Linux installations and upgrades for Sisense deployments, including troubleshooting complex deployment issues.
Own and troubleshoot multi-node Windows-to-Linux migration projects, backup and restore processes, and architecture-related escalations.
Analyze logs, system performance, and infrastructure telemetry to proactively identify risks and optimize customer environments.
Partner with customer Application Developers, DevOps, IT teams, and executive sponsors to drive successful outcomes.
Act as the voice of the customer by sharing product feedback, submitting bugs and feature requests, and influencing roadmap priorities.
Lead enablement for internal teams, mentor Solution Architects, and support technical interviews for new hires.
