About the Project
We are looking for a Simulation Engineer to work on our CARLA-based simulator, which communicates with our AI Driver and activates the vehicle in a closed simulation loop.Your main goal will be to create realistic simulated driving environments that allow engineers to test algorithms in the lab before road testing, reducing time on-road and identifying bugs early.You will also collaborate closely with the Perception Team to generate synthetic camera data for AI model training. This includes designing six synchronized camera views, running scenarios, capturing images, compiling video sequences, and delivering structured datasets. The role requires strong resource management and understanding of how simulation, software, hardware, and AI systems interact.

Required skills:
- BSc in Computer Science or Electronics – Must
- Strong Python programming skills (must understand every line of code)
- Solid understanding of design patterns and software architecture
- Working knowledge of simulation systems
- Internship/commercial experience in Computer Vision, Image Processing, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, Motion Planning, or related fields
- Understanding of AI training concepts (epochs, training errors, synthetic vs. real data)
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
- Bright, self-learner comfortable working with AI agents
