About the Project

As a Data Scientist, you will join an R&D research team focused on building innovative solutions in a complex, data-rich domain, contributing to the development of cutting-edge AI technologies.
In this role, you will utilize Python to design and implement algorithms and models that are central to the company’s core products and business impact.

Required skills:
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics) or higher
- Experience utilizing GenAI tools for research and coding (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor,Ollama, etc.
- 3+ years of experience building ML models and writing production-ready Python code in enterprise or research environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with geospatial data or time-series analysis - significant advantage
Scope of work:
- Research and deploy ML models to understand, classify, and predict vessel behaviors and characteristics
- Proficiently utilize GenAI models in production pipelines and as productivity tools
- Own the end-to-end implementation of models, writing production-ready Python codewithin our data pipelines
- Work with a team of domain and technical experts to solve complex challenges
