About the Project

We are looking for a skilled and experienced WordPress Developer to join our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will support the development, implementation, customization, and ongoing maintenance of our website ecosystem, with a strong focus on Elementor-based projects.
The ideal candidate has a solid web development background, extensive hands-on experience with WordPress, and a passion for building high-performing, scalable, and secure digital experiences.

Required skills:

4+ years of proven experience with PHP and MySQL (mandatory).
Strong experience in WordPress development and site management (mandatory).
Proven experience developing and maintaining custom WordPress plugins (mandatory).
Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery (mandatory).
Experience with unit testing in a PHP environment (nice to have).
Deep understanding of marketing technologies, analytics, optimization, website performance, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT for coding assistance) (mandatory).
Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, performance-driven environment while building optimized, scalable, and secure applications.
Strong English communication skills.
Experience with React and advanced Elementor development (nice to have).

Working Time

Required availability on Monday and Wednesday

Scope of work:

Develop and implement new features and functionality across digital assets.
Maintain and optimize the website network to ensure stability and scalability.
Ensure high performance, availability, and security of all web properties.
Manage technical aspects of the website, including troubleshooting and ongoing improvements.
Provide website support and management services to various internal departments.
Collaborate closely with developers, data analysts, SEO specialists, and Elementor experts.
Share knowledge and provide guidance on WordPress best practices to internal teams.
