We're looking for a People Partner to join our Global HR Team.

As a People Partner, you will collaborate closely with Team Leads, Experts, and key stakeholders to deliver high-impact HR support aligned with both internal and client business needs. You will play a critical role in enhancing employee experience, driving engagement, and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes in a dynamic environment.

Required skills:

  • 1+ year of proven experience as an HR Manager / People Partner
  • Strong knowledge of local and international HR practices
  • Experience working with distributed teams and client-facing environments
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Intermediate+ English (for communication with international stakeholders)

Scope of work:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, transitions) ensuring a seamless and compliant experience
  • Conduct regular 1:1s with Experts to understand engagement, identify risks, and address concerns proactively
  • Prepare insight-driven reports for managers and stakeholders, with clear recommendations and engagement actions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on people management, performance, and team dynamics
  • Support talent development and retention, including career growth, feedback culture, and performance management
  • Lead and support people initiatives (e.g., mentorship programs, knowledge sharing, engagement activities)
  • Promote and manage employee engagement activities, including surveys, feedback analysis, and action planning
  • Ensure alignment between company policies and client requirements, maintaining a high level of service quality
