Our client is a leader in network security policy orchestration, helping enterprises streamline and automate the management of security policies in complex, multi-vendor environments. With thousands of enterprise customers worldwide, their solutions enable fast, secure, and compliant policy changes while providing proactive risk analysis and continuous compliance.

As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be providing high-quality technical services to our customers during Professional Services Engagements.

You will provide professional services that consists of deployment, integration etc. with responsibility for the full lifecycle of the PS Project.

You will handle mostly projects within EMEA.

Current technology stack

Required skills:

  • Good understanding of complex networks, protocols and internet technologies: Advanced TCP/IP, Dynamic Routing protocols, Routers & Switches (Cisco and other vendors), MPLS, NAT etc. Hands-on experience is a must.
  • Knowledge & Experience in Linux (System Administrator level) – a must.
  • Knowledge & Hands-on Experience in Network Security Products & Technologies (i.e. Firewalls) – a must.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting abilities & experience
  • Customer-facing skills, excellent interpersonal and verbal communication and the ability to generate strong and lasting relationships with our customers
  • Self-learning capabilities. Willingness, discipline and self motivation to work productively and efficiently from your home office.
  • Must be proficient in French and in English (both written and spoken). Additional languages will be considered an advantage.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge & Experience with scripting (Bash, Python) – an advantage
  • Certification with Cisco and/or Check Point Security Products and/or PAN Firewalls and/or Cloud Security Products – an advantage

Scope of work:

  • In charge of the deployment, configuration, and integration of the Client's products in customer environments.
  • Support project activities throughout the implementation lifecycle, including documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting during deployment and integration activities.
  • Participate in remote engagements with customers across the EMEA region.
  • Continuously develop your skills in networking, security, and automation technologies.
