About the Project

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring quality and timeliness of activities related to design, build and implementation of client's Orchestration Suite, related integrations and work product. You will participate in collecting business/functional requirements, analysis of architecture, creation and review of the solution design as well as contribute to activities related to estimation, staffing analysis and risk planning. You will mentor and support the project team in developing and presenting high-quality deliverables. Required skills:

5+ years of professional experience in managing complex IT projects in the areas of networking or network security
Experience with (a) networking devices (Switches, Routers etc.), including virtual routing and software-defined networking OR (b) firewall administration/configuration (Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Juniper, etc.)
Experience as a business consultant and/or previous customer facing experience as a technical lead
Knowledge and skill in project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools
Excellent customer facing skills and very high level of interpersonal communication (verbal and written)
Attention to detail, high organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure
Strong presentation & negotiation skills
Excellent communication, critical thinking & analytical skills
Ability & willingness to travel (up to 10%)
IT career experience/background and/or BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with IT focus degree

Scope of work:

Responsible for applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems
Lead onboarding, including setting/managing expectations for successful delivery with key stakeholders
Create and manage project plans, and other standard Project Management Documentation
Define and document customer needs, requirements and process flows
Lead project meetings; identifies, documents and prioritizes scope changes and facilitates approval process; maintains and updates all project documents
Track and Manage Risks (and lead mitigation plans)
Drive the progress of the project across numerous different stakeholders towards successful deployment
Coordinate with stakeholders, champions, and sponsors to meet agreed plans
Conduct constant and effective communication channels with project teams and stakeholders
