    Required skills:

    • Previous support experience needed (preferably technical support)
    • Excellent customer service skills and effective learning skills
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with high attention to details
    • Some technical background (networking/html/databases/API, etc.)
    • Stable internet connection
    • CPU @ 2.00 GHz & RAM 4 GB/Internet speed - 20 Mbps (download & upload)
    • Licensed OS (latest versions are preferred)
    • Consultant should be ready that additional software will be installed by the client's team for security purposes
    • Basic understanding of operating systems, networking (TCPIP protocols)
    • Basic technical knowledge with one or more of the following domains: HTTPS, Proxy, HTML, database (SQL queries)
    • Computer science, industrial engineering, or business administration studies is a big plus

    Scope of work:

    • Provide support services and consulting to consumers of client's software products and/or services
    • Assist with installation, utilization, and support of platform products
    • Provide answers to technical problems or how-to questions
    • Collect required technical information from consumers of the client’s platform and/or services
    • Use Salesforce, Internal Admin Consoles, MS Teams, Confluence, Jira
