About the Project

Our client is the trusted global leader in prevention-first Anti-Ransomware protection, redefining cybersecurity with our industry-leading Automated Moving Target Defense (AMTD) technology. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Windows Internals Engineer with a strong background in low-level programming and a deep understanding of Windows internals to join the team.

Required skills:

Requirements 

  • More than 6 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C++.
  • Experience with Windows API, and multithreading.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for security.
  • Experience working on large-scale, high-performance systems with complex 
    requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaboration.
  • Using Common LLM tools to improve day-to-day throughput (e.g. Claude code)



Advantages 

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and the threat landscape.
  • Extensive understanding of LLM tools (e.g. agents, skills, etc.)
  • Familiarity with security concepts such as buffer overflows, race conditions, code 
    injection, and privilege escalation.
  • Deep understanding of Windows OS internals.
  • Modern C++.
  • Experience with Windows drivers, file systems, or network protocols.
  • Knowledge of reverse engineering, malware analysis, or exploit development.
  •  .NET/C# experience

Scope of work:

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end security modules in C/C++ that power endpoint protection.
  • Work with low-level Windows internals, including kernel mode and user mode development. 
  • Lead the development of innovative security solutions that address complex real-world threats.
  • Investigate and resolve advanced security-related issues and vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with the product and research teams.
  • Stay up to date with emerging threats and vulnerability trends to enhance defense mechanisms.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and technical discussions to ensure high-quality engineering practices across the team.
