Required skills:
- 4+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales/solutions engineering, or similar client-facing roles, or a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field
- Experience with Linux (preferred)
- Scripting experience (Bash, Python) – preferred
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals – preferred
- Experience working with REST APIs / GraphQL – preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based sales environment
- Strong ability to learn new cloud security technologies and understand market trends
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
Scope of work:
- Deliver the “Security Policy Management & Automation” message and vision, including technical architecture presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers and partners
- Conduct remote calls to evaluate business and technical fit with the solution
- Assess clients’ maturity in Security Policy Management & Automation and provide tailored recommendations
- Build trusted advisor relationships with prospects, customers, and partners
- Support sales efforts through close collaboration with sales teams
- Assist with pre- and post-sales activities, including:
- Providing product usage guidance (written and verbal)
- Collaborating with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Communicating customer feedback and RFEs to Product and R&D teams
- Support, demonstrate, and train partners
- Represent and promote the solution at events and through online channels
